Amore is an exciting, dynamic and stylish violin duo that provides the perfect ensemble for any occasion. Ideal for weddings, corporate events and celebrations, Amore takes pride in the bespoke service offered to each client.

Every event is unique and Amore accommodates all requests, however unusual. As experienced classical and popular music performers, there is no limit to their ability to produce a well-suited programme of music for all clients. Amore understand the importance of professionalism and quality of sound as well as image and presentation to make your special occasion a complete success.

Amore is primarily coordinated by violinists Jemima and Honor who met while studying at Trinity College of Music in London. The girls bonded through their passion for chamber music and ambition to create new musical arrangements. Both are award winning classical musicians and together they have toured all over the United Kingdom, Europe, The US, Central and South America and Australasia; recorded for major labels and made numerous television appearances.

As recording artists they have played for BBC Radio 1 & 3 and Atlantic records for Alesha Dixon's album, ‘The Alesha Show’. Both girls perform regularly as session violinists and have made numerous appearances on TV shows including: X Factor; Britain’s Got Talent Live 2010 and 2011 Finals; Cheryl Cole’s Night In; Popstar to Operastar; The Alan Titchmarsh Show; Loose Women; The National Lottery Friday Night Live Show and QVC. The girls have also performed with Rihanna; opera sensation Alfie Boe; Jason Donovan; and appeared in the video for Tinchy Strider and N-Dubz hit single ‘Number 1’ and recorded the soundtrack and appeared as on-screen violinists for the Bafta award winning channel 4 drama ‘Britz’.

Amore has performed at all the major UK concert venues as well as The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Wimbledon; The Ritz Hotel, London; St Pancras Renaissance Hotel; Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane; Harrods; Hilton Hotel, Park Lane; Locanda Locatelli; Banqueting House; The Savoy, London; The Goring Hotel, Belgravia; Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Knightsbridge; Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich; One Mayfair; The Langham Hotel, London and Claridge’s, London for a celebrity tea party. The girls have also performed together onboard Holland America Line cruise ships.

Both girls have also performed as soloists in many prestigious venues. Honor has performed as violin soloist in concerto performances at The Fairfield Halls, Croydon; Birmingham Symphony Hall ; tours of Poland and Italy; whilst Jemima has performed at the Carnegie Hall, New York as violin soloist in a performance of Schindler’s List.

Amore maintains a superb standard, affording effortless class when they perform both classical and popular music. Most commonly, Amore perform as a duo or as part of a larger ensemble.
