Norwich based guitarist Andy Kirkham plays classical, jazz and world guitar. He has 15 years experience playing music for weddings, receptions, at parties and in restaurants. Andy has developed a set that is gentle and melodic and at times virtuosic, creating a beautiful atmosphere at special events.
At weddings and parties Andy plays tunes from Latin America and Spain by composers such as Antonio Lauro, Villa Lobos, Brouwer, Piazzolla, Tarraga and Granados. Mixed with these tunes are 30s jazz standards such as Ain’t misbehavin’, Pennies from heaven and Dark eyes, to name a few, alongside some African and Eastern Europen tunes.
