"Big sand was part of an award we won and we had to go down to meet them for a steel band lesson, took a group of 12 people. Each and every one had fun, very professional, warm hearted, talented individuals and highly recommended for any future steel band bookings I will need. Great time. Thank you all"

"We booked Big Sand for our wedding reception - the best decision we made. Our guests loved it, the band were so professional and they definitely brought some much needed sunshine to our June wedding!
The band were professional from start to finish, they didn't even mind changing position at the venue last minute due to some threatening looking clouds. Absolutely fantastic & the sound of the steel band as we were welcomed in will be a memory to savour forever."

"Communication was excellent from start to finish. Simple booking procedure, did not have to pay a deposit even. The musicians themselves were all we had hoped for and more. It was simply brilliant and all the guests say the same thing. Don't look anywhere else, book Big Sand Steel Band. "

"We hired Big Sand to play at our drinks reception at our Wedding on July 1st 2011. They were absoluteley brilliant and all the guests enjoyed listening to them whilst sipping champagne. Definitely recommend them for a Wedding or any similar occasion."

"We hired a trio from Big Sand to play during the reception for a banquet in the City of London. The players were charming. They arrived and set up punctually and played a nioe selection of music that provided a perfect background and atmosphere for our event. I have received many compliments from our guests about the band and music, and I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to others."

"We had this steel band for my Mum's 95th Caribbean Garden Party. It was a real success she enjoyed them very much. The family also thought they were good not too noisy playing nicely in the background allowing people to Talk without shouting above the music. They were very good. They knew when to turn the music up to allow people to dance if they wanted to. They were brillant. They made the day. Thank you Boys"

"I hired Big Sand as a small 3 piece to play at my Boss's Son's post-wedding Hog Roast and the family could not have been more delighted.
It was very easy to book them on-line, they arrived promptly, looked wonderful and were totally professional throughout the whole afternoon. The music was really great - not too loud but melodies bounced across the garden and had everyone's toe's tapping. I cannot recommend highly enough - and I don't do that lightly."

"We hired them for our wedding on the 03rd June and we were not disappointed. The weather was fantastic and the band just added to the party atmosphere. Everyone commented on how good they were and my god daughter (nearly 3) even tried to join in..They were very professional and booking was easy. I would recommend them to anyone and look forward to having a chance to have them play at another event."

"After extensively researching steel bands via the internet & recommendations, I asked Big Sand to play as a 5-piece at my wife's 60th birthday party. The booking was easy & communications leading up to the event excellent.
On the evening the band were utterly professional and simply superb in their overall sound and the quality of the music, and without any doubt they the party a real success.
I really couldn't recommend them highly enough, and if you're looking for the best quality steel band around, well, you just found it. Book them - quick !"
