David started his career at the age of eight by studying piano and trombone gaining experience playing with orchestras and brass bands in Central Scotland including NYJOS (National Youth Jazz Orchestra of Scotland).

Moving to London he started studying at Trinity College of Music, playing with various bands and gigging at Corporate events, functions etc.

He has played with; Young Blood, NJYO, NYJOS, SKAZ, SeaMonkey, Breach of the piece.

Performed at; various corporate events and functions, The Lemon Tree , Laban Dance Centre, The Hub, MacRobert Arts Centre.

And had the opportunity to work with; Nikki Yeoh, Dave Cliff, Mark Lockheart, Dudley Philips, Tim Whitehead and Tom Mason.
