I have a degree in Jazz Studies (bass guitar LCM) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Classical Performance (double bass RNCM).
I am an excellent sight reader and have worked as a professional bassist since 2004.

I'm based in Leeds and have played numerous gigs/concerts/recording sessions and shows throughout the UK and abroad.

As a bass guitarist I have played with numerous function bands and also for P&O show bands. I have played bass guitar in concerts with the Northern Sinfonia and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic.

I also work regularly as a jazz double bassist performing in small groups and big bands. I have performed with Alan Barnes, Brandon Allen, Stuart MacDonald, Dennis Rollins, Pee Wee Ellis, Gary Boyle, Pat McCarthy and other leading jazz artists.

I am available for paid work throughout the UK and overseas. I have a current CD1 visa and ENG1 medical for cruises.
