How much does it cost?
Please contact me for a quote. The cost depends on the distance travelled, when we can set up, how long we play for and how late we finish etc. If you're on a tight budget tell me what you can spend and I'll tell you what's possible. There are often ways of keeping costs down, and if I can't help you I may be able to direct you to someone who can.
Details we will need from you include a date, times, venue, an approximate number of guests we will be playing to and the sort of music you would like. I will give you a quote and when that's agreed I will forward a short contract to confirm details of the venue, date, time, music, playing times and fee.

For live music I will use amplification to enable your guests to hear themselves talk and also appreciate the music. As the person booking the music you will always be in charge of the volume. Please don’t hesitate to tell me if the volume isn’t right for you.
Access and requirements: The band will need time to set up and sound-check (~15 minutes) and access to a standard domestic 13 Amp power point.
Playing outside Generally this is not a problem but we will need protection from rain or hot sun. A small gazebo or parasols for shade is usually fine.
The band will need time to set up and sound-check (~15 minutes) but this may be longer if there are loading restrictions (eg lots of stairs or access by vehicles is restricted etc).
Timings can be catered as you need but normally we would play sets of 45-minutes to an hour long before we would need a break. The most common booking is to play two 45-minute sets with a 15-minute break. We can provide pre-recorded music to be played in between sets if needed.
