Metropolis is one of the finest session collectives around. If you’ve ever been to the
o2 Arena, a West End show or just had a look in your CD collection the chances are
you would have seen or heard one of these musicians. This, coupled with an

Metropolis has a proud association with Entertec Professional Audio. Sub-contracting
specialist professionals for aspects such as sound, lighting and logistics is another
key ingredient.

As well as music for the party itself, Metropolis also supplies all other related acts. A
DJ, cocktail pianist, Rat Pack tribute, string quartet, harpist…. may also add that
extra little bit magic.

Formed in 2000, Metropolis has impressive and diverse client base spanning
everything from corporate events, festival appearances, charity balls, club dates,

Metropolis perform in variety of formats and are extremely experienced at supplying
the right sized band for the right event. The same goes with PA and lighting. 12-15
piece bands are very common for any company seeking the big corporate look,
however an 8 or 9 piece band may be more suitable for more intimate private party.

Yes, Metropolis holds full public liability insurance and equipment is ‘PAT’ safety tested.

Does Metropolis have any specific requirements?

Yes, it is customary to provide food, drinks, changing facilities, parking. More details of this are available on request or at the time of booking.

How long does Metropolis take to set up?

We normally allow 2 – 2 1/2 hours.

Does Metropolis need to be advised of anything before the event takes place?

Metropolis need to advised of the access to the venue and whether there are any noise limiting devices.

Does Metropolis require a deposit?

A 20% deposit is required before any date can be secured and the balance is due one week before the event.
