Professional and Experienced Piano Tuner for hire

A standard piano tuning costs £100 (+VAT). This is for newer or well-maintained pianos that are close to the correct pitch, and takes from forty-five minutes to an hour and a half.

Older pianos or ones that have not been tuned recently may require a pitch raise before it is fine tuned. This is a quick, rough tuning that adds all the extra tension to the piano ready for it to be fine tuned and stabilised at the right pitch. For this service and for same day bookings I charge £185 (+VAT).

I can also undertake any basic repairs required, and do some minor regulation work during your appointment. If there is anything specific you would like me to do, please let me know when making the appointment, so I can allow extra time.

I charge £50/hour (on a half-hourly basis) for extra work beyond the standard tuning.

For major repairs, and full regulation services, I charge per job. I offer free evaluation if needed before I give my quote.
