Jac Jones (sax) and Nick Pini (bass) founded this "Blue Note" band in 2007, Exploring the music of one of the most famous and creative periods in Jazz history. Both met at trinity music college london and had played together in various projects when they decided to set up the band, because of their shared love of the music of such jazz illuminaries as Miles Davis Wayne Shorter, Art Blakey, Freddie Hubbard and many more whos music defined this period in the development of jazz.

Available as a Quartet (Sax, Piano, Bass & Drums), Quintet (plus Trumpet) or Sextet (plus Alto Sax) this band is great for any party or occasion, with top london based musicians delivering top notch hard swinging music from the Blue note Era.
