Sharon Subbarao is a classically trained pianist and violinist who studied at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. She went on to study jazz at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, and graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in jazz performance.
She has worked with some of London's leading jazz musicians and has performed at jazz festivals in the UK and abroad. She has performed at venues including Kings Place, The Spice of Life, The Vortex, Notting Hill Arts Club and Proud Cabaret. Past clients include The Imperial Hotel, Frevds, Browns Restaurants and The Marriott Hotels.
Sharon is available for hire as a solo pianist for corporate events, private parties, weddings and other functions. She has a repertoire list to suit any setting that includes classics by Frank Sinatra, Cole Porter and Gershwin, as well as numbers by the likes of The Beatles, Elton John and Stevie Wonder-to name a few.
