SwingThing is a London based quintet, featuring highly experienced musicians who are former students of London’s Guildhall School of Music. They can also perform in a variety of other combinations, whether you require a duo or trio, or a larger band of up to eight musicians for your prestigious event.

Members of SwingThing have played in many of the top venues around the world, including RONNIE SCOTTS Jazz Club, the 606 Jazz Club, the VORTEX Jazz Club and the 100 Club in London, as well as at many prestigious jazz festivals in Britain and Europe, such as the CORK JAZZ Festival in Ireland. They have also performed at many other prominent venues, such as THE RITZ, The WALDORF, The SAVOY, CLIVEDEN and HENLEY REGATTA and many theatres and concert halls both in Britain and across the globe.

Featuring the sumptuous female vocals of Helen Burnett, guitarist Richard Rozze, saxophonist Dan Faulkner, double bassist Alex Keen and drummer John Humphrey, SwingThing play music of the very highest standard. Think Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Stan Getz, Frank Sinatra, Fred Astaire, Dean Martin and Nat King Cole, now revisited by Diana Krall, Michael Bublé, Robbie Williams and Joni Mitchell.
