Richard started playing the sax when he was 17 and has now been playing for over 30 years. He is very experienced and is equally at home playing Soul, Rock, Soft Jazz and Blues. He has played at many hundreds of weddings and social functions and is well-known in the south of England as a street entertainer, playing in numerous festivals and events both as a solo performer and with various bands.
He is very aware through experience that when playing background music for events that he keeps the volume and balance at a suitable level.
He plays with quality backing tracks through a small portable PA meaning that he can move around without need for mains electricity. This means that he can also play in the open air.
